We want you to love your Salt Oral Care apparel, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Please ensure products are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to download and print at your convenience.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location listed on your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
